Your Friend/Coworker/Neighbor Signs:

  • Affidavit of Character

New Notary?

Complete the required 3 hour NOTARY EDUCATION COURSE. Remember to print, sign and return the Certificate of Course Completion with your other notary forms.

Not a U.S. Citizen?

Obtain a Recorded Declaration of Domicile from your local courthouse and return with your notary forms.

Wartime Veteran?

Disability Rating of 50% or More:

Submit a written request for the fee reduction and provide proof of exemption with your notary forms.

Exempt from Public Record?

Review and sign the PUBLIC EXEMPTION REQUEST and return with your notary forms.

Felony Conviction?

Submit the documents below with your notary forms.

  • Written Statement of Offense
  • Final Judgement
  • Restoration of Rights Certificate (if applicable)

It can take up to 3 months to get approved.
