From time to time, Florida Notary Association offers its clients special offers and discount codes to be used in conjunction with this website. These offers are frequently disseminated via this website and through email to those who have registered for our email database. They are sometimes posted on our home page (www.flnotary.com) or announced via other means of communication in conjunction with the promotion of the Florida Notary Association, Inc. product collection, including radio and TV broadcasts, internet forums and various online websites. All prices are subject to change without notice.

We encourage our clients to redeem these special offers, but we respectfully ask that you not exploit them. Florida Notary Association, at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria has been met to qualify for stated discount or free product. If you successfully circumvent the software safeguards of this website in order to receive several free products with your order, then we will (at our sole discretion) remove any extraneous free product from your order or cancel the order in its entirety. APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting www.flnotary.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Florida Notary Association, Inc.

CHANGES IN POLICY

Florida Notary Association, Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Florida Notary Association, Inc. will not refund fees paid for notary appointments, name changes, certificate replacement, or membership once your application is being processed with the Department of State. A refund will be granted, however, if Florida Notary Association, Inc. receives your cancellation request prior to our submission of the above-mentioned forms to the State. Applicants with special circumstances, such as felony convictions or professional license revocations who are denied by the Governor’s office will receive a refund less the $39 filing fee.

Should we receive incomplete application forms, we will send you a notification via email and/or USPS mail requesting the necessary element(s). Should you not respond, we will retain these forms in our office for 12 months. If we cannot process your order within 1 year due to lack of information, we are no longer obligated to fulfill your order and payment becomes non-refundable. After 12 months, your application forms will be shredded, and you will be required to complete new forms and submit a new payment.

DELIVERY POLICY

All notary appointments and name change packages are mailed via USPS First Class Mail. In addition, there are three alternative delivery options are available, if necessary.

For an additional $27, we will ship your package via UPS.
Send us a shipping label with your account information and your package will be mailed using your preferred shipping service.
Notify us that you prefer to pick up your package from our Orlando office and we will contact you when it is ready.
